自體脂肪隆乳術，從理論上而言較為理想，因為正常的乳房是由脂肪及乳腺兩部分構成的。體脂肪顆粒注射隆乳，是用注射器從身體的其他部位如腰部、腹部、大腿抽取一部分脂肪，移植至乳房內。此法還有一定的減肥作用，但通常需要多次手術，才能達到理想的乳房體​​積。
