介紹自體脂肪隆乳手術特點：

一、自體脂肪隆乳就是用自身組織做豐胸的材料，所以自體脂肪隆乳的材料對人體是無毒無害的，人體本身不會對注入的自身脂肪組織產生免疫反應，排異反應。

二、自體脂肪隆乳不會引起人體的內分泌環境的改變，對乳腺本身不會產生傷害，對今後的生育、哺乳，不會有不良的影響。

三、自體脂肪隆乳移植後的乳房，手感柔美，形態真實，肌膚細膩，從女性及她的伴侶的心理感受來說，對用自身脂肪移植增大的乳房的真實感受更好，患者及其伴侶更易接受。

四、自體脂肪隆乳提取脂肪的方法，是用創傷較小、並發症少的濕性真空吸脂，而不同於傳統的切除大塊脂肪組織或肌肉等的方法，因為傳統方法可能會造成供區的缺損及留下明顯的疤痕。自體脂肪隆乳該吸脂術所取切口一般約3-5mm，故癒合後疤痕非常小且位於隱蔽部位(如臍部、陰毛內、臀線等)。對局部脂肪較多堆積的人，又可起到減肥瘦身、塑造美好曲線的作用，可以說能夠重塑三圍。

自體脂肪隆乳術，從理論上而言較為理想，因為正常的乳房是由脂肪及乳腺兩部分構成的。體脂肪顆粒注射隆乳，是用注射器從身體的其他部位如腰部、腹部、大腿抽取一部分脂肪，移植至乳房內。此法還有一定的減肥作用，但通常需要多次手術，才能達到理想的乳房體​​積。
